Questions about pricing
How does the free trial work?
The free trial lasts 15 days and gives you unlimited access to every feature. No credit card needed. At the end of the trial, pick the plan that fits your needs.
How is the price calculated?
You pay per active team member per month: €3.50 on Starter, €3.00 on Business, €2.50 on Enterprise. Example on Business: 15 team members = €45/month. You set the number of team members in advance, and only that number can be activated inside the app.
What if I want to add team members?
You can increase the number of team members on your plan or upgrade to the next plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No commitment. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Bancontact via Stripe. Secure monthly billing.
What happens at the end of the trial if I don't pick a plan?
The app switches to read-only mode: your data is kept but team members can no longer clock in. Pick a plan at any time to reactivate time tracking.
